We start with a conversation about your site, your brief and your budget. From there: site study and concept design, developed drawings and 3D views, detailed working drawings, then construction with our team supervising on the ground through to handover. You see and approve each stage before we move to the next.
A large part of our practice is designing for Kerala families based abroad. Design reviews happen over video calls scheduled around your time zone, you receive regular photo and video updates from site, and our team handles day-to-day supervision and coordination locally on your behalf.
Design development usually runs a few months depending on the scale of the home and how quickly decisions are made. Construction timelines depend on site, scope and approvals — we set a realistic schedule with you before work begins and flag any changes early rather than late.
Yes. We prepare the drawings and documentation required for local approvals and guide you through the process with the relevant authorities, which matters most when you are not in the country to follow up in person.
Our studio and site teams are built around Kerala, which is where we work best. For projects outside the state, talk to us — we will be straightforward about whether we are the right studio for it.
